Charming one bedroom apartment in historical building set in the small Village of Pieve di Santa Luce, It derives its name from an the ancient 13th century church called “Pieve” at the top of the village.
The village is 40 mins from Pisa Airport, 30 mins from the coast and set amongst unspoilt beauty. My apartment offers you the chance to experience Tuscany with its many hill top villages and vine yards. You can easily reach the arts, food and fashion that Florence, Pisa, Lucca and many other historical towns have to offer.
The apartment is large and comfortable for 2 people and has a sofa bed for another two preferably young adults. The small patio area for outside has a table and four chairs and outside umbrella. The large swimming pool with life guard is open from May to end of September with a life guard from June till mid September. Nest to the pool there is a kiddies play area.
The village offers a Pizza/Restaurant, local small convenience store and local vans with fresh produce pass through each morning. The village locals also make their own Olive oil, honey and wine. The next village of Santa Luce 3klms away offers a Bank, post office, pharmacy and Pizza/Restaurant.

The kitchen/living room is large and very warm and cosy it has a large sofa bed, coffee table, sideboard, radio, dimmer switch on the lights. Double fronted doors to the small Terrace area for outside dinning.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service
Towels /Linen and final cleaning € 60. The property is cleaned, and the linen changed, weekly. An additional small cost is made for linen for the sofa bed.
